Build a Repeatable Creator Workflow

The goal is not to work harder on every upload. The goal is to stop making the same low-value decisions over and over.

1. PLANIdea → promise → title angle → thumbnail concept
2. PREPOutline → gear preset → links → sponsor requirements
3. SHOOTRecord cleanly with the fewest resets possible
4. EDITCut delay, repetition, confusion, and dead weight
5. PUBLISHQC → metadata → links → disclosures → schedule
6. REVIEWRead the data, comments, and retention for the next decision

The Weekly Operating System

Idea Queue

Keep a backlog of real viewer problems, questions, products, news, and follow-ups. A blank idea list on filming day is a process failure.

Reusable Templates

Standard descriptions, sponsor blocks, affiliate disclosures, shooting presets, file structures, and checklists remove unnecessary decisions.

Batch the boring parts

Research, link collection, thumbnail references, gear setup, and admin work are easier when similar tasks are grouped together.

Protect the creative bottleneck

Your best energy should go to ideas, explanation, judgment, and on-camera delivery — not repeatedly rebuilding folders and descriptions.

Use a pre-publish gate

Check audio, thumbnail, title, links, disclosures, sponsor requirements, chaptering when useful, and whether the video delivers the stated promise.

Review the tape

One weak video is not a strategy. Look for patterns across several uploads, identify the weakest fundamental, and change one thing you can actually learn from.

Coach's rule: sweat in practice so you do not bleed on the field. The boring fundamentals are where you build speed. If a task happens every week and does not require judgment, turn it into a template, checklist, automation, or delegation candidate — then spend your reps on the parts that actually require skill.
